“Paid in Sunsets” started as a local-only mead made from apricots grown by a neighbor, along with ginger by another local. It was loved by so many that it was still being ordered long after we removed it from our taps. That’s why we decided to release it in cans, so you can take the experience with you on the go. This hazy mead is unfiltered and loaded with fresh apricots, ginger and wildflower honey produced right here in the Sierra Nevada foothills. It’s an “easy drinker” and aromatic as well… a perfect drink to crack open as the sun goes down.

This product is not carbonated. However, since Paid in Sunsets is not filtered, it may still be slightly effervescent (petillant) due to gases created during natural fermentation.
