Bochet Style (mead made with caramelized honey)

Notes of butterscotch, dried apricot and fig

Aged on 3 kinds of oak and vanilla beans

Cooking & Cocktail Recipes using “Minotaur” Mead

2 1/2 oz. Remeadies Minotaur Mead
1 1/2 oz. Peanut Butter Whiskey
½ oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
3 Dashes Aromatic or Orange Bitters
1 Peel of Orange
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Splash Absinthe (optional)
2 large cubes Ice (or 4 small)

1) Splash a small amount of absinthe in a rocks glass, swirl it around and pour out the excess.
2) Place Ice in the glass
3) Add Minotaur Mead, Peanut Butter Whiskey, Orange Juice & Blood Orange Bitters
4) Stir with Cinnamon Stick and then add the cinnamon to glass
5) Rub Orange Peel on rim of glass and then garnish glass with it
